YOUTH AND FAMILY MINISTRY

Spiritual Formation

Faith development is important for all ages and stages of life.  Northminster offers a variety of opportunities to grow with God and learn more about your faith for our youngest friends to our sensational seniors.  Come and learn more about your faith walk with us!

The ELEMENTARY Class is designed to introduce our youngest friends to a wide range of stories from the Bible.  Our Sunday School teachers recognize each young friend has a different way of engaging with the story and implements storytelling, arts and crafts, movement, drama, and music to the lessons.

The MIDDLERS dig deeper through Bible study, learning about our worship service, and other questions that arise for our budding theologians in their life and in the world they live in.

The SENIOR HIGH class are focuses on a wide range of topics from the Bible, theology, faith questions, and current events.  Our Junior and Senior friends help drive this interactive class with their interests and questions.

ARTS & MUSIC CAMP is held the last week of June and explores Music & Arts through faith.

CONFIRMATION CLASS is held yearly based on the number of youth who are ready to make a profession of faith and join Northminster as a member.  Contact the church office for more information if you or your youth is interested in joining the church!
